Taimetee Sauna Calm · Chamomile ÖKO is a pure organic chamomile tea made from German chamomile grown on our own fields and in the herbal garden of Põhjala Teetalu, surrounded by the forests and meadows of Põlvamaa. The composition features only one ingredient, with no additives or flavorings. The tea has a soft floral taste and a pronounced calming character. Preparation Method
Classic calming version:
- Pour 200250 ml of water at 95100 °C over 1 pyramidal bag
- Steep for 57 minutes
- Drink warm, slowly
Evening version after sauna or before sleep:
- Brew at 9095 °C
- Steep for 710 minutes
- Allow to cool slightly and drink in small sips
